We encourage you to attend our 9:30 or lunch class today if you can. We will also be offering Open Gym between 10:30 and 12:00 if you can’t make those classes. Remember to keep your core tight and your glutes engaged while you are shoveling and lifting all that heavy snow! Stay warm, stay safe, stay healthy!

We will be participating in Systematic Crossfit's Murph event on Memorial Day. Coach Maggie has done every Hero WOD this past year and Murph will be her final one. She completed each WOD on the day the service member passed to show her support and thanks. We are excited to show our support to Maggie and those who have given their lives for our country.
