Learn different approaches to improve range of motion and positioning. We will cover various stretching techniques and which one to use when. Show your family, friends and coworkers how you stay fit! The first Saturday of every month will be our Bring-A-Friend Day. Bring your friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers to any of our classes that day and let them experience the “joy” that is CrossFit! We will be having a fun and a little more “beginner friendly” workout, but don’t worry you will still get a good workout! If you know someone who is curious about what you’re doing, and why you’re looking so good, bring them on in! It’s FREE! Just remember to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts so they can fill out a waiver and warm up with you!!!
